These terms cover your use of Salience Scanner, operated by Salience Solutions. By signing in you agree to them.
Using the app
- Access is by invitation: your organization’s email domain must be approved.
- You are responsible for the contacts you file and for the emails you send. The app never sends an email unless you tap Send.
- Don’t use the app to send spam or to break any law or anyone else’s rights.
Your data
You own your data. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. Card reading, transcription and drafts are machine-generated and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, Salience Solutions isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the app, and will post changes here. You can stop at any time by disconnecting Google and asking us to delete your data.
